Danish Arts Foundation

The Danish Arts Foundation, renewed in 2014 through a merger with the Danish Arts Council, is the administrative body which promotes Danish literature at the national and international level. To this end it disburses annual payments for translations of Danish works into foreign languages.

Nordic translations

Funding for Nordic publishers to cover fees for translators, translating a work from Danish into another Nordic language. The Nordic Council of Ministers’ culture and arts programme has taken over the administration of the funding programme.
