The Institute for the Translation of Hebrew Literature

The Institute for the Translation of Hebrew Literature (ITHL) was founded in 1962 to encourage awareness of Israeli culture abroad. To this end there is a programme of subsidies directed at foreign publishers who publish contemporary Hebrew literature in high quality translation.
