PhD student - University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Wales
Megan Farr has an MA (Hons) Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Glasgow and is currently a PhD candidate researching into ‘Strategic Action for Internationalisation of the Children’s Publishing Sector in Wales’, at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, funded by KESS2 European Social Fund and sponsored by the Books Council of Wales. Research areas cover Welsh children's literature, comparative children's literature, translation studies and publishing studies. She is Publicity and Marketing Manager for Firefly Press and has extensive experience working in children’s publishing and for literature promotion charities in the UK. She speaks Italian and French and is currently learning Welsh.
