Rigel Rizaj is a writer and translator from English and Italian literature. In 2019 he founded the Publishing House "Arka e Noes", in Tirana, with the main objective to translate and publish the contemporary literature for the Albanian readers. Some of the writers representing the catalogue of "Arka e Noes" are Yan Lianke, Ngugi Wa Thiong'o, Enrique Vila-Matas, Vladimir Sorokin, Karin Boye, Mikhail Bulgakov, Michel Tournier, Ryunosuke Akutagawa ecc.
